WHERE IS THE NEW YORK TIMES?

NOT SINGLE WORD WRITTEN ABOUT REPUBLICAN

ATTORNEY GENERAL CANDIDATE SARITHA KOMATIREDDY

Statement from NYS Conservative Party Chairman Gerard Kasar

“With less than a month to go before the election for New York State Attorney General, The New York Times, the ostensible New York paper of record, has failed to write a single word about the race. Saritha Komatireddy is one of the best candidates New York has seen in decades, and not a word. Not one.”

“Ms. Komatireddy, who was one of the top fraud and terrorism prosecutors in America for more than a decade, and chief of staff to the 10,000-person DEA under President Biden, overwhelmed incumbent attorney general Letitia James in the one debate that will be held in the race last night. She has prosecuted ISIS, al Qaeda, and the Sinaloa Drug Cartel. She locked up the highest ranking official in Mexico for conspiring with the cartels to flood the U.S. with killer drugs. At age 35, she was the youngest prosecutor in America to be nominated to the federal bench. She was counsel to the federal Horizon Deepwater oil spill investigation. Her record goes on and on.

“But not one word.

“Let us be clear: The Conservative Party believes that The New York Times is systematically ignoring Ms. Komatireddy’s candidacy, and we object to it.  We ask that the Gray Lady open her eyes.”
