After a resounding primary victory, earning more than 82% of the vote, Conservative Party-endorsed Mike LiPetri is officially moving on to the General Election with the full support of both the Conservative and Republican Parties.
New York’s 3rd Congressional District is one of the top races in the country and presents a tremendous opportunity to flip a seat from blue to red this November. Mike, a former Assemblyman and respected community leader, is the right candidate to defeat Tom Suozzi and bring strong, common-sense representation back to Congress.
This will not be an easy race. Democrats are pouring millions of dollars into the district because they know how vulnerable Congressman Suozzi is. Every contribution helps Mike remain competitive and continue building momentum heading into November.

The Party issued several press releases this week highlighting the continued failures of New York’s Democrat leadership.
The first addressed proposals by New York City and state lawmakers to award themselves 18% pay raises while residents continue to struggle with high taxes, rising costs, and an increasingly unaffordable business climate. Elected officials should not reward themselves while New York continues to lose residents, face mounting debt, and rank among the nation’s highest-taxed states. Its time for New Yorkers to speak out against these Tammany-style pay raises before they move forward. You can read the full press release here.
The second press release focused on a report from the Empire Center ranking Attorney General Letitia James’ Medicaid Fraud Control Unit as the worst-performing in the nation. The findings reinforce longstanding concerns that billions of taxpayer dollars are being lost to Medicaid fraud while the Attorney General’s office has failed to aggressively investigate and recover those funds. New Yorkers deserve stronger oversight of taxpayer dollars and greater accountability from the state’s top law enforcement officials. You can read the full press release here.
