Democrats who wield power must really think every day Americans, people just like us, are incapable of seeing through their effusive balderdash when they are caught with their hands in the cookie jar. Speaker Nancy Pelosi has the chutzpah to think she is owed an apology for being “set-up.” (We all know how vain the Speaker is; Ms. Pelosi has a mask that matches every outfit, do you?) Yet, the Speaker wants us to believe she was “set-up” and demands an apology. Of course, the Speaker has her lemmings coming to her aid, and attacking the eSalon owner. Just remember this, your vote on November 3, can help flip the House and remove her as the Speaker. Vote in person (to be certain your vote is counted) for the Conservative/Republican candidate in your district and let the Speaker know her audacity did her in.
The other Democrat who wields power and never lets us forget that fact is Andrew Cuomo. The NY Post exposed the Emperor’s extreme dislike for President Trump by reporting Cuomo’s hastily called presser upon learning that President Trump is looking to pull federal funds from lawless cities. Governor Cuomo’s vitriol was unbecoming at the very least. The thing that powerful democrats have in common is that they forget that almost everything they say or do is recorded, so I thoroughly enjoyed when the news reported on Governor Cuomo’s slip into his Captain Queeg mode, they played the clips of his praising President Trump for all his help in the beginning of the pandemic. President Trump and Governor Cuomo, two very strong personalities from Queens, won’t let this latest disagreement end until there is a clear winner. Since it is about safety and our money, we all have a stake in who wins, and voting in person on November 3, will help decide who is right. Oh my, Gov. Cuomo just upped the ante by challenging President Trump’s election day prediction. (Wow, and I had written the previous sentence before I saw Cuomo’s latest volley.)

Donald Luskin’s piece in today’s NY Post: Numbers show lockdowns didn’t help contain COVID-19 — opening up didn’t boost it. I
After 6 months of government telling us what to do and how to do it, loss of personal income, loss of government income, business spending on ways to protect people, divorce rate skyrocketing, uptick in drug abuse, mental stress, people in hospitals not allowed to see their loved ones and the unfortunate deaths in nursing homes due to poor judgement calls, it is time to allow people to return to their normal lives and get America’s states, cities, towns and villages out of the public health field. Now that the experts have facts, let the facts rule the day.
Intellectual Takeout also has a great article on beware of the fact checkers.
