Daily Update

Michael Goodwin’s logic and common sense delivers another timely column:  Liberals’ gun control blame game is out of control.  Be sure to read to the end of his column where he derides Michelle Obama and Hilllary Clinton.

Leah Libresco opines in the Washington Post how she used to think gun control was the answer, however, her research told her otherwise.  Ms. Libresco’s last sentence “We save lives by focusing on a range of tactics to protect the different kinds of potential victims and reforming potential killers, not from sweeping bans focused on the guns themselves (emphasis added)” is exactly on point.

Katherine Timpf explains that the Second Amendment is the argument, either the Constitution has the power to protect our freedoms or it doesn’t.

Congressman Trent Franks calls for a straight up or down vote in the Senate on the late abortion Bill.  We couldn’t agree more.  Sen. Schumer, will you push for a straight up or down vote?  How about you, Sen. Gillibrand?

The headline says:  Cuomo prepares for possible federal funding cuts, the question is, why has he waited so long when he knew it was coming?  His analogy shows his lack of leadership.
