All around the State, Conservatives put together vigils in honor of Charlie Kirk. Seeing all the photos and listening to the videos was truly beautiful. I would like to acknowledge some that went above and beyond with their vigils consisting of hundreds of people, to over a thousand. Our Director of Operations Andrew Davis played a key role planning an amazing night of remembrance in Orange County, working in conjunction with Assemblyman Maher. You can view some of the pictures from the almost 1000 people that showed in a little rural town here! Next, our Erie County Chairman, Ralph Lorigo, worked with the Erie Republican Committee and put on a wonderful evening in Buffalo. You can view those photos here. Suffolk County Conservatives with Chairman Torres and Brett Robinson also had a great one you can view here. Staten Island had some great ones too. There are really too many to list, but thank you to all that put these vigils together, in tragic times, coming together to heal is how we get through it.

We’re bringing back Patriots Podium for a special episode featuring State Senator Mark Walczyk, who represents Fulton, Jefferson, Lewis, Herkimer, Oswego, and St. Lawrence Counties. In this episode, Senator Mark Walczyk and I talk about the challenges facing New York State, from skyrocketing energy costs and the failures of the state’s energy planning, to illegal border crossings in the North Country, to the ongoing election law battles in Albany. We also touched on his military service, how it shaped him as a legislator, and his perspective on Governor Hochul’s time in office.
