In war, people get hurt.  If an enemy terroist was hit while being catured I am sure it could not be helped.   Can the SEALs file charges against all the terroist that have hurt them and other Americans?  Has Obama put fear into even our generals?  He will not be happy until we melt down our fire arms and make statues of him.  God help  us all!

This War will be a lost effort until our Military can actually fight the war. If the fear of bassicaly wrongly losing their military career because of phony laws and rules of war that no enemy of the untied states follows then the soldiers are in more danger than ever before. God Bless America and God Bless our brave soldiers. I hope Obama may eventually see to fight a war he needs to fight. Not put red tape around our soldiers for minor things like this rediculous case.

When I was a young marine stationed at Pearl Harbor in the '80s I had the great privilege to befreind several SeALs and I will tell you this- if the average american thinks being a marine is tough they simply cannot fathom the level at which these men exist. They are the foremost tip of the spear in the infinite quest to maintain the constantly tentative freedom americans enjoy. The american people can remain blissfully ignorant and never know the extent of the sacrifices these brave souls selflessly endure for them.
