Thank you Doug Hoffman!
Thank you all for all you did to help Doug Hoffman. You have energized the Conservative Party and let the Nation know that conservatism is alive and well in New York and throughout our Country.

The rest of us conservatives are watching in hopes of a Hoffman win. Just wish we had someone over here in WNY to run against Massa.
Since the Republican Party represents all conservatives/partially conservative nationally, they should now endorse Hoffman. Besides, its not like he'll caucus with democrats or hinder the Republicans. When the Republican candidate was still running you had to choose her if you are a Republican offical. Now let's elect someone who acts like a real Republican and be Conservative!
No! The Republican Party does not represent the conservatives as has been obvious from the Scozzafava debacle. In new York State we are blessed to have a legitimate Conservative Party formed in 1962 and independent from the Republican Party. We Conservative are growing more thankful by the day for that separation.
Steven G. Poyzer, Ontario County Conservative Party
If you are independent from the Republican Party then why do you refer to him as a "principled Conservative Republican."
At this point, he is either a republican or a conservative.
Whether Doug Hoffman is a conservative or republican is not the issue. No matter what platform he runs under he is the man for the job. I wish we had more Doug Hoffmans. Maybe we do, but we'll just have to wait and see. I am looking for one man or woman in Arkansas that will stand up like Doug has. You are very fortunate to have him. Now just put him in office where he belongs.
The Ontario County Conservative Party and Monroe County Conservative Party has spoken with conservative Republican Tom Reed of Corning, NY as a possible candidate for the 29th Congressional District. In our (Ontario County's) preliminary discussions, Reed appears to hold the conservative values and principles that we ascribe to and seems to have a very clean closet. Hed may be a solid candidate for a run against Massa.
The huge interest in the NY23 race is an enormous opportunity for the Conservative Party to get its message out across the state, and the nation -- and you're blowing it. Could this site be any duller and less timely? It needs fresh front page links to blogs, news articles, candidate Web sites and items of interest every day. People are paying attention; give them something to pay attention to!
I voted for the Conservative candidate in today's NYC mayoral election. While I have little hope Stephen Christopher can beat the D/R/I candidate, Mike 'Moneybags' Bloomberg, I had to make a statement with my vote. Enough of the crap from both parties. I hope Mr. Christopher can garner a sizable number of votes to make that a loud statement. I also hope for Mr. Hoffman to kick butt in NY-23 and show the NRCC, the RNC, and the so-called Republican leaders a thing or three. We the people are pissed. Get used to it. Lead or get the h*ll out of the way. And that includes you, Mr. Newt 'Party Over Principle' Gingrich.
Small government and Founding Principles. They are the keys in leading America forward to a better and more prosperous tomorrow.
The precedent that will be set here should SCREAM to the two-party system that their days of using political footballs for political power are over.
God Bless you Mr. Hoffman, and we can't wait to see your first speech on the hill. Just know that the folks who are supporting you in your district will have your back and will hold you accountable, and that's what America is about. A Government by the people.

The election was not certified and Nancy Pelosi knew it and still swore in the Dem! 10.000 absentee ballots must still be counted. Isn't CHANGE wonderful!
