INTERNATIONAL FREEDOM CENTER FINISHED

Ft. Hamilton Station, NY -- Debra Burlingame’s June 8 Op-Ed piece in the Wall Street Journal “The Great Ground Zero Heist” moved us to join her efforts to eliminate the International Freedom Center from the planned World Trade Center Memorial.

Tonight, with thanks to Governor George Pataki, the New York Post Editorial Board and all of the elected officials who stood with the families and the Conservative Party, the IFC has no place at the World Trade Center Memorial.

“Now Let’s Roll and complete the Memorial with the respectful memory and dignity of those who made the ultimate sacrifice at Ground Zero”, said Chairman Michael R. Long.
