Newt Gingrich will begin Solutions Day on
the evening of Thursday, September 27— the 13th anniversary of the
"Contract with America" – with an opening presentation at the Cobb

begin the day with an address at 1 p.m. (EDT) from the University of

Workshops will begin at 1:30 p.m. (EDT) and continue through 5:30
